Detroit-born and raised, with deep roots in Russell Woods, Reo is a community builder using cycling, wellness, and entrepreneurship to connect people, create opportunities, and keep Detroit moving.
2nd-generation Detroit cyclist, Co-Founder of Motown Trailblazerz Bicycle Club, and curator of Pushing Pedals Sundays since 2019. Leading bike rides to Black-Owned Restaurants every Summer on the Joe Louis Greenway.
2025 Detroit City Council Resident Leader Award recipient.
Licensed massage therapist since 2015. Graduated from Everest Institute in 2015.

Russell Woods feels like home because almost everyone treats one another like family. The stability of the neighborhood helps cultivate lifelong friendships and long lasting memories. My Favorite memory from my Childhood is EASILY the Annual Broadstreet Parade.
